Graduates from the University of Washington Information School have started the school’s first startup company, AnswerDash. They’ve developed software that offers self-service contextual help to users for e-commerce and other websites. Users can click the AnswerDash tab on the side of the website and then whatever they click on becomes an object they can directly ask a question about. The software also stores the most commonly asked questions which users can easily access.
